Recognizing the potential in a new approach to technology, Lenox Advisors, a top financial services firm developed a comprehensive life insurance agency management platform to unify, inform, and empower its team to deliver exceptional client service.

As Lenox refined the platform, they achieved industry-leading results in client value, retention, and advisor performance. Lenox’s parent organization, NFP, an Aon company, recognized its value to other agencies and insurance clients, and established a joint venture to bring the technology to market, creating Fieldtech in 2022.

In his role as Executive Chairman, Greg combines his business development experience with 20+ years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Lenox Advisors, one of the country’s top life insurance agencies. This background equips Greg to not only understand the complexity of agency leadership but inspired his desire to bring more powerful and modern solutions to other firms.
Greg’s expertise earned Lenox the Forbes ranking of #1 Financial Security Professional in New York State in 2023 and #2 Financial Security Professional Nationwide for 2022 and 2023.
Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University, State College, Pennsylvania.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
